客戶需提供的資料

• 需要注冊的公司名稱：英文為準，中文為輔
• 公司各成員的身份證明文件：護照或身份證，掃描件
• 公司各位成員的地址證明文件：銀行賬單，電話賬單，駕駛執照等，掃描件

辦理過程

• 客戶提供上述資料 
• 簽訂委托協議
• 收取辦理費用訂金（所有注冊費用50%）
• 申請注冊文件
• 客戶簽署注冊文件
• 我方在15個工作日完成新公司注冊

塞舌爾公司注冊完成后為顧客提供以下資料

• Certificate of Incorporation 公司注冊證書 
• Two (2) original of Memorandum and Articles of Association 2本正本公司章程
• Six (6) copies of Memorandum and Articles of Association 6本副本公司章程
• Appointment by the Subscriber of the First Director  首任董事委任證書
• Register of Directors  董事登記冊
• Share Register  股份登記冊
• Memorandum of  the First Director  in Lieu of  Board Minutes  首任董事會議記錄
• Consent to Act as Director  董事委任同意書
• Application for Share(s)  股東申請書
• A booklet of  Share Certificates 1本股票冊
• Corporate chop 公司長形簽名章
