客戶需提供的資料 
     需要注冊的公司名稱：英文為準，中文為輔
     公司各成員的身份證明文件：護照或身份證，掃描件
     公司各位成員的地址證明文件：銀行賬單，電話賬單，駕駛執照等，掃描件

辦理過程
     客戶提供上述資料 
     簽訂委托協議
     收取辦理費用訂金（所有注冊費用50%）
     申請注冊文件
     客戶簽署注冊文件
     我方在15個工作日完成新公司注冊

塞舌爾公司注冊完成后為顧客提供以下資料
     Certificate of Incorporation 公司注冊證書 
     original of Memorandum and Articles of Association 2本正本公司章程
     copies of Memorandum and Articles of Association 6本副本公司章程
     Appointment by the Subscriber of the First Director 首任董事委任證書
     Register of Directors and Officers 董事和官員登記冊
     Share Register 股份登記冊
     Memorandum of  the First Director  in Lieu of  Board Minutes 首任董事會議記錄
     Consent to Act as Director 董事委任同意書
     Consent to Act as Secretary 秘書委任同意書
     Application for Share(s) 股份申請書
     A booklet of Share Certificates 股票冊
     Corporate Seal and chop  公司鋼印和長形簽名章
